If you ask David Simpson, owner of Catch Your Vibe Photography, he’ll tell you flat out: “I love Christmas.” It’s no wonder then that the holiday season inspired our CYV team to get in the spirit with the greater community, including the canines.
We couldn’t be more grateful for those of you who showed up, dressed up, and shared the festive spirit with us at two recent events.

Santa Paws: A Festive Fundraiser for a Great Cause
In early November, we teamed up with Northeast Coonhound Rescue for our Santa Paws fundraiser in Newton, NH, and the turnout was nothing short of heartwarming.
Supporters traveled from near and far, including adopters who drove all the way from Connecticut, and we even welcomed a special celebrity guest: Rolo, better known as the Phantom of the Opera from the rescue’s Halloween Hounds contest.
With the help of our amazing attendees, Santa Paws raised $400 to support the rescue’s life-changing work. We’re especially grateful to the adopter who made this opportunity possible, including Whispering Pines Campground for hosting, and Michelle at Paws With Me K9 Enrichment & Training for her fantastic behavioral support throughout the photo sessions and who was happy to report that, “The pups all did a great job with Santa!”
We’re already looking forward to making this a tradition and can’t wait to see everyone again next year!
Holiday Card Kickoff Event
Festivities continued at our studio with the Holiday Card Kickoff Event on November 8th in Raymond, NH. Families enjoyed a cozy, cheerful mini-session with Santa and his elves, Duncan and Heidi, (thank you, Janet!) , complete with professionally shot portraits and 30 custom holiday cards shipped right to their homes, all for just $65.
This felt like the perfect way to kick off the season, capture joyful memories, and help our clients get ahead on their holiday to-dos.
These events reminded us why we love what we do. Thank you for helping us create these magical moments, support our community, and catch the festive vibes of the season, one photograph at a time.
