Corporate Headshot Office Hours
Scheduled whenever it’s most convenient for your team, if you book a corporate headshot day, our team will come to your location and set up a maximum of three headshot stations, each one manned by one of our professional photographers. For small organizations, one or two headshot booths might prove sufficient.
Throughout the course of the work day, your employees can come down at their leisure and have their headshots taken.
The beauty of this approach is that the workday continues uninterrupted and your team can determine when it makes the most sense for them to leave their desks, conference rooms, phones, etc., and get their headshots done. In other words, this isn’t a separate event but an opportunity that runs in alignment with your normal business hours.

The Corporate Headshot Event
Whether you want to schedule an event strictly for corporate headshots, outside of normal working hours, or you want to incorporate our headshot booths at your next event, we can make it happen. Again, we can feature photographers at up to three separate booths either as a standalone event or running alongside one of your upcoming events, workshops, or formal galas.
What’s Included in CYV Corporate Headshots?
In addition to a maximum of three photographers per headshot event, our team can bring a hair and makeup specialist for last minute touch ups and final checks before and in between camera clicks.
Because we recognize and understand that most people do not necessarily love getting their photos taken, our cameras are equipped with a special software which allows previews of the photos. This helps everyone feel confident choosing the photos they feel best represent them.
Once selections are made, we do offer digital retouching and editing to ensure that the final photo makes that right first impression.
