Choose clothing that allows everyone to move freely and feel relaxed.

Do you provide props or should we bring our own?

Where do the photo sessions take place?

Sessions can take place in my studio, at your office or home, outdoors, or at a location of your choice. We’re happy to recommend locations that fit your brand and style.

What if it rains on the day of the shoot?

If it’s an outdoor session, we’ll monitor the weather leading up to the day. If there’s rain or bad weather, we’ll reschedule or move to an indoor location, depending on availability. Your session date will be flexible to ensure we get the best conditions.

Can we bring pets to the session?

Absolutely! Pets are often part of the family, and we love capturing those special moments with your furry friends. Just let us know in advance so we can make sure we plan accordingly.

Do you help with posing and expression?

Absolutely. Most clients are not professional models, and that’s expected. We provide clear, relaxed direction throughout the session to help you look confident, natural, and professional.

Can we request specific poses or shots?

Yes, absolutely! If there are specific poses or moments you’d like to capture, just let me know. We’ll also take plenty of candid shots, so you don’t have to worry about staying perfectly posed the entire time. It’s all about capturing your family’s natural dynamic.

What happens if one of our family members can’t make it to the session?

If someone is unable to attend, we can either proceed with the session and capture the family members present or reschedule, depending on the situation. Just let me know as soon as possible, and we’ll work something out.

Do you offer any discounts for large families or extended family sessions?

What if my child gets fussy during the session?

Don’t worry – it’s totally normal for kids to need breaks or get a little fussy! We’re very patient and experienced with children, so we can take as many breaks as needed, and we’ll work at your child’s pace to keep the session relaxed and fun.

Hair and makeup services are available as an add-on and highly recommended for a polished, camera-ready look. Professional styling helps ensure consistent, flattering results.

How many images will I receive?

You’ll receive a curated proof gallery to review after the session. The number of final, fully retouched images depends on your selected package, with the option to purchase additional images.

How are the photos retouched?

All selected images are professionally retouched to enhance skin tone, remove temporary blemishes, and ensure a clean, natural look—without making you look over-processed or unrealistic.

When will I receive my photos?

Proof galleries are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Final retouched images are available to view within 10 business days

How will I receive my images?

Final images are delivered via a private online gallery, where you can easily select your favorites 

Can I use my portraits for commercial purposes?

Yes. Professional portraits include usage rights for personal branding, business websites, social media, and marketing materials. Extended or advertising usage can be arranged if needed.

How do I book a session?

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and we understand! If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee. We’re happy to work with you to find a new date.
